Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of our agreement for Wi-Fi service:

1. Our Wi-Fi service operates on a pay-first-and-then-use basis. Payment for the next month's use is required in advance.
2. Invoices are sent at the end of each month via email. Payments are due by the 3rd of the following month to avoid service interruption.
3. The equipment we install remains the property of Waelese. It is provided free for your use while you continue to pay for our service.
4. Regular monthly payments are required. Failure to pay may result in discontinuation of service, and we may reclaim our equipment at our discretion.
5. Our service is active from the 1st to the last day of each month. Late payments in the new month may result in the loss of service days.
6. You consent to us removing our equipment from your premises if we discontinue the service.
7. To cancel the service, you must provide one month's notice.
8. While our equipment is at your premises, it is under your care and protection, and you are responsible for maintaining it.

By proceeding with the installation, you agree to these terms and conditions. You also indemnify Waelese Pty Ltd from any damage to your property related to our equipment.
